Hi my name is David. All my life I have enjoyed drawing. And usually on any bit of scrap paper I could find. Even on the pavement. 

Upon leaving school my art was pushed to the back of my mind. I would still doodle on things, but nothing too serious. 

I started getting back into it, more seriously involved, in December 2006 and have had commissions from family and friends which I found very enjoyable. Now though, the time has come to share my artwork with you. I have exhibited at an Art Gallery in Georgia USA owned by a dear friend, Chris Hagebak, a wonderful water colour painter among all of his other talents. 

I am primarily a portrait artist specializing in graphite pencil portraits. I work from photographs preferably good clear quality. Past commissions have included children, families, bride and groom, dogs, cats, horses and pet birds.
